This In-depth Initial Intake Session is for cognitive change clients, caregivers or family members alike, on your own or together. Your initial intake session with Mark and Danni Synot is a dedicated space where we create a sacred and generous space of time to listen to your heart and understand your needs, questions and concerns, all of the things that matter to you most.
You have access to both Mark and Danni together in one session, so that we can journey with you, and support you whollistically right from the start.
Our approach allows for care surrounding diagnosis and management, as well as personal wellbeing and self-care.
This session focuses on clarity, education, and next steps — helping you feel more supported, less overwhelmed, and better equipped moving forward.
No rushing. No medical jargon. Just practical guidance, compassion, for a clear path ahead, as we walk the journey with you.

Some clients may be eligible to have our services reimbursed by their HSA or FSA plan.
This is determined on a case-by-case basis by your HSA or FSA plan administrator, according to their particular conditions and policies.
In cases of genuine hardship, Remember the Carer can create a payment plan for single sessions, upon request.
